Great start when you’ve finished school

Some people are kind but there are mean people too. It is a great environment to learn how the corporate world works. I have learnt excellent time management, how to do filing, hoe to be great at organizing and basic MS Office experience. The director treated us to outdoor experiences and flew us to Cape Town for a team building exercise. The most challenging to work for that company is that you can get busy with something and something else draws your attention more and then you completely forgot what you were doing.

Pros: Great bonuses and yearly incentives
Cons: Long working hours and no overtime.

Excellent learning availability

Great working experience. Reat opportunities to work on yourself aswell as get to know various aspects of the law. , There are opportunities for promotion in the future. You are sure to get out the effort that you put in.

Cons: Long working hours. A lack of tam work.

Great start when you've just finished school

The most enjoyable part of working at this company was that the director spoiled his employees by taking them on trips to Cape Town. Year end functions were always enjoyable and never the same. The hardest part were that you would have to work lots of overtime and not get compensated. I learned how to plan my day throughout and how to be organised. The management is good but not excellent.

Pros: Fun Trips.
Cons: Poor human resource management.
