A opportunity to learn new skills.

On a typical work day go to a team building meeting discuss daily targets to be met prepare till points when i'm working at the till points,help customers when the buy at the end of the day perform cash ups ,do housekeeping, answering phone calls from customers a typical frontline employee and when i am working on the floor ,we assist customers with our products and advice which product is best suitable for them. I have learned how to deal with customers on a daily basis,have a spirit of teamwork,be acurate and faithful ,always learn a new thing each everyday know that when you encounter a customer give them an experience. Having mutual understand with co-workers . I enjoyed working with customers interacting with them and when we as the sportsman team have met budgets that was i great feeling that shows that hard work and teamwork produces great results.

Pros: We were given an opportunity to upgrade ourselves and get promotions through learning.

Learning curve

Company is more worried about making sales and is quickly forgetting about the workers well being working everyday of the week and only getting 5 days off every month is making us tiring for the long hours we work

Excellent learning curve

Good place to work at. More fun .good money .I have learned alot with their products so equipped right now. Friendly staff we were a family.

Good communication skill, flexi and ambitious

start day buy counting stock on department and check with colleagues if we expecting any special customer request. Restring booked racquets and call customers to let them know if their racquets are ready for collection Then focus on Sales to meet daily target

Strong supervision

Day start at 8:00 to meet staff, review daily sales and do short training. look at customer complaints. then 9:00 am store open , we check stock and follow up on customer requests . Do racquet stringing and phone customers to collect when done. 11:00 am focus on sales till 5 pm with an hour lunch in between . 5 pm we do house keeping and get ready to close

Pros: weekly training about product knowledge
Cons: Work atleast 9 hours a day
