Spitskop Apteek Reviews

Growing learning curve

Over the year's I gained much experience in dispensing medicine and especially in customer service. I learned how to treat customers whilst trying to give them the best possible advice. In doing so I believe I have become quite capable of handling myself diligently toward customers. I enjoy working with people and will like to continue working with people. Working with customers can be difficult at times. Even though a typical work day mostly includes dispensing medicine, you also have to deal with clients over the phone. In General it is not a difficult tasks but can get very unpleasant when dealing with difficult people. On the other hand I am frarefull for this as well as it taught me patience. And then there is also always that one regular that knows you so well and can chat for days. This makes it worth while.

Pros: Learn new things everyday
Cons: Long hours, little pay
