- Complicated interpersonal relationships - Highly politicized environment in the sense that senior managers have their own agenda - Excellent leadership from CEO - Highly unionized - Very good relationships among most employees - Highly educated employee component - Much emphasize on self development - Long processes to get policies promulgated - Many changes in CEO incumbents resulting in instability of processes and low morale - Structure is under staffed - Very good compliance with few audit findings - Structure doesn't allow for promotion opportunities and various members have been in their positions for very long

I am a determined young lady with a positive energy and very optimistic. I believe that anything is possible only if you work hard enough. I like encouraging other team members to achieve desirable results. I am a team player and value the organization vision. I love innovation thinking in today's changing world through modern technology. What is most interesting about my job is campaign management as i more about taking the brand forward and keep people abreasts on new things. I want things that go in order and there reviewing of policies and way of doing things is one important aspects of moving the organization forward.
