They were good people even serving customers and we also know how to deal customers and I have good comunications with my co-workers we work as a team

Pros: I have learnt alot since I joined the Spar team.It was like family because of we share and when u don't understand we also assist each other.So please keep up their good work
Cons: We even work long hours but hours pay according to the worker and employees agreement like if it overtime they will pay you won't even complain

Excellent learning,

My working days was fine ddnt have any problem with it and i enjoyed every time working around my coworkers because they were so loving and I've learned many things and i had many challenges but was fun cause non of them was hard i was alwys ontime to handle everything

Have giant communication skills,

Am a very creative person, a group or team leader. during my part time work i was a packer and a cleaner, i took this job during school holidays this had taught me lot of things including human skills, to communicate , to work in team, and also to be presentable and to be active creative .

It is nice but there are problems when it comes to payment/salary and working hours,they treat workers unequal and it is wrong but it did open opportunities for me.

I've learnt on how to work with people

Working at spar was great but at times it was more challenging because our employer was a bit more racist,at times he would pay us less money than the one we should get. But one thing I enjoyed working there is learning how to treat customers,meeting new people and more especially learning new things.

Excellent

I am learning to work in retail and willing to gain more experience about retail since we'll I never been in this type of industry. I always do better and give customer service as I know how to deal with customers.somrtimes there are some difficult customers but I can be able to control my temper and be patient with them as I meet different customers daily.

Excellent learning

I'm strong hard working person, humble person I love people ever smiling I like to work with team i respect ather's opinions and listen to my colleagues But the most difficult thing is to work with a person who is is agrecive because you have to be patient with that person. What I have learned is that when you work with a team you gain a lot of experience you learn a lot of things. The most challenging thing is that when you have lot of work because you have to work more hours so that you can finish your work in time But so far it is a great opportunity to work in the company because I being in front of people is what I enjoy most

Challenging to work where i work because you need to deal with different customers

Is tough working in retail store because you need to deal with different people from different back ground and my relationship with my co worker is cool, i learn that if you can manage human being you will manage anything call business.
