• Credit Reviews for SPAR, TOPS, Build it and Pharmacy stores -Check credit of Owner on TransUnion -Bond calculation under their names -Check feasibility study of the stores -Check if all legal documents are signed and still valid -check commencement supply letter for a new store -Calculate loans of the store • Arrange Files for stores • Draft opening letters for new store • Draft deed of surety • Reconcile payments • AS400 -Check if payments are done by stores • Gateway -Check all the claims (Stores) -Check all the force claims -Process the claims • RTS -Check if the correct invoice is captured • Data capturing • Scan and arrange legal documents

Pros: growth in the company is quite big
Cons: more work everyday

Learning Experiance

I'm a Data Analyst, I build Data Models using Power Pivot and Power BI, I generate data modelling requirements for data analysis and reporting based on business requirements, I automate ms excel reports and build interactive dashboards. I'm very analytical and an independent thinker. I'm passionate about adding value to business through the intelligence of business data

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: No opportunity for growth and very narrow work experiance in terms of tools being used for data analysis

Excellent learning curve

I currently reside in Port Elizabeth but I really want to move back to Jhb for financial stability as there is no good opportunities in PE. I am looking to settle at a stable company

One team ,one vision and one goal

Spar its the best company to work for and the culture its amazing.there's a spirit of team work in our department and we are one big spar family doing everything together to excel in business. I ve learnt a lot at my company, I ve leant how to love and keep the smile on my face all the time no matter what .i enjoy waking up every morning knowing that i am going to work .the most challenging aspect its orders deadlines and out of stocks, but we always find a way to keep our customers happy.

Pros: i ve learned a lot,i got an opportuninty for growth and learn new things
Cons: normal working hours no overtime

Excellent learning curve

Spar is a great company with great learning opportunities. The company offers learning opportunities regardless to the fact that the person applying is permanent or a contractor.

There is plenty fishes in the sea

-Great culture and policies -career development -a good relationship with colleagues -Long hours, missing out on family time, and not being rightfully compensated -They have a lot of activities, women's day, heritage day, etc -Females are not treated the same as males -Although there is job security there is no room for career development, which is really sad. - There is also an issue of racism. -I need to work where my qualification is recognized. .

Pros: Salary is small
Cons: not enough time to rest

Adaptable learning

working for the organisation feels good to my self, i enjoy to work for spar daily every day was like a first day, because the organisation is so organised and safety, co workers are so congenial in such a way that family and team building is the most priority values co-workers build and they always helpfully with a smile. I have learned that in the business you have to believe in your self with everything you do and help others who are in needs. I enjoyed to be a Spar member for temporary employed and the class that we was doing. To know the duties expected at first, i find it challenging.

Started as a telesale and grew within the company to be a junior buyer.

It is a great company to be working for, everyday comes as a challenge especially having duties of my own and not being micro managed instead being able to work on your own pace.

Pros: Great people to work with.
Cons: Stressful but manageable
