Professionalism, team work and handling customers

Handling meetings for my direct reporting managers and leaving office alone. Team worker, enjoyed helping my co-workers and our customers,make sure they are happy and understand on behalf of Managers when they are unavailable. To handle queries telephonically and internally, good team work and professionalism and making sure everybody in the work environment are happy. Helping customers, co-workers and my Managers including arranging events and getting "thank you messages" Arrived to work with unplanned scheduled for department and diary of my Managers.

Pros: Being trusted to participate in the big Projects and good relationship with my co-workers and Managers
Cons: I enjoyed working long hours

I am a hard worker

I am a hard worker, and i love the work that I am doing. I am willing to learn more and take every oppertunity that comes my way to learn more. I am n good brothers keeper for my co workers

Excellent learning curve.

Well the typical day at work will start with ensuring that the different teams has the relevant documents in place to start the day.After that toolbox talks( 3min Safety talk) will be held.the crew will start their day and from there its between paper work, filing ,booking medicals, investigating incidents and overseeing the safety and compliance on site.Not one day on site is the same and that is what I like, New challenges.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: constant 6-6 hours to be able to make a living.

My way of working

As a safety officer i try to build relatioships with all workers under my watch and get to know them personally as their mindset's can influence their actions at work. I dont believe in dismissing workers after one offence, i prefer coaching them rather than bring in someone new to make the same mistakes. Safety and Production dont always see eye to eye but with proper planning it can be done.

Well worth the sweat

Very hector and demanding working with excellent people but on a contract basis that does not secure constand work. This is well worth the tye of expisurt that one derives from the working Environment.
