Time frame and help me to up my game always in terms of sales, I have learned to work with different kind of people from different backgrounds and different languages. I now can adapt easy as well as can turn problems to solutions in no time, in order to make the opposite part happy. More skills and faster in my computer skills, able to differentiate products, learn to laugh even when life hurts. I am able to handle load of cash, and good in my customer service skills, I work well with positive and adjust to negative people,able to change bad day to a bright day. Always make it my goal to reach successful outcomes. I love to use the smart method, specific, measurable,realistic and time-linked method.

Good place to learn , and has many opportunities to grow as an individual and professional . Highly motivated to work hard for end of the year bonuses and limited audit findings . different departments that u get exposed to .

Good learning curve
U get experience in many fields i work as a network technician, desktop technician n also server and working here its hard since its a college and it has 15 labs of laptops and when students are writing computer u have move around all those labs if the is problem in one of labs and the is only two ICT technicians

INTERNSHIP
The key challenges are: To maitain good atmosphere within the office. To maintain regularities and discipline To fix up the work targets for every desk To follow-up the working activities Ensuring working progress as targeted Liason with other related offices for sharing and co-operations Informing regularly to upper offices as th worked done. Evaluating the finished works and making revised planning for next Evaluating regularly the sub-ordinate officers and staffs Doing welfare for clients and own officers and staffs. I Have learn To prepare for a career in office administration, it's a good idea to build your skills in business correspondence, business finance, computer applications, filing, note taking, records management, writing and editing, word processing and email management

Im a working proffesional person who always deliver work duties on time.
I am a person who always deliver job on time, who always can work under pressure as am working as receptionist and assisting Exam officer with issuing certificates and statements of results to students. Working and connecting with people is what I like as am the face of the College. I'm people`s person and I get to know people easily and I am a dominant person. I have learned working motives and how a person should behave at work and being professional at any circumstances as I work mostly with external clients.

I was great to work at SWGC COLLEGE because i get experience
It's was great and helpful to work at SWGC COLLEGE because i learn more things from other people and i gain more experiences from them and they know how to treat new staff. I was more comfortable to work with them because i like to communicate with people so enjoy to work in that industry.I learn to work with many people and i learn on how to handle different types of people, because some other days i was facing with challenges from students,parents and the staff as i was working at big environment.

It's a very demanding sector requiring commitment and unselfishness.
My typical day at work involves amongst others interaction with students , colleagues and managers , sometimes parents of students and other stakeholders. My relationship with colleagues has to be very professional and respectful as it involves learners and stakeholders. I've learnt to be very humble as it involves someone's future and ultimately the country as a whole. I really enjoy working with people of different characters and integrity which help one to grow and develop into a better someone. A lot of challenges come with meeting different personalities all the time and the innovation that is associated with it
