Great Work opportunity. There is also Room for growth. Training of Staff and Employees also get the Recognition they deserve.It is quite challenging but if you can handle pressure and do the required tasks its managable.

Good learning curve

I am an Artisan with a Trade Certificate in Electrical engineering and I have been working at gold fields South deep gold mine, where I have learnt a lot in terms of TM3 Engineering, maintenance, fault finding and breakdowns management. I would like to be part of a company that will give me a platform to explore the the exciting and challenging machinery and plant maintenance life. I am a motivated self-driven, hardworking individuals with willingness to learn, qualities that I think am able to influence people around me.

My experience in my current work

On a typical day i will be working on DMR Quarterly reports which takes most of my working time. My relationship with my co-workers is good compared to when i was at a different shaft. I have learned how to monitor Occupational hygiene stressors on Dust, Noise and other stressors. I enjoy reaching my targets and it release pressure. The most challenging aspect is not having opportunity for development which frustrates me.

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Inequity

Ready for new challenges & will to learn even more

As you can see on the attached cv, I've gained a lot & various experience through the challenged journey of AutoElectrical field. I've even managed to achieve Medium Voltage certificate, Motor protection & etc Through Trackless Mechanised Mining

Good learning curve

I was working as a Miner, good and challenging working environment, first time working underground was not easy but eventually I adapted the workplace environment as well as people from different cultures. Many and big Mechanical machinery I got exposed to, I was also involved in the maintenance of Mechanical machinery.

Great space of learning

adhering to all HR issues as per individual needs, shift clearance. Assisting HR Supervisor and Superintendent with all queries . I am super HR practitioner who enjoys having personal and industrial interviews with every employee I come across and I personally can be trusted to handle individual attributes.

Self motivated person

I am successful at functioning well within a team as well as maintaining a positive attitude, also dedicated, well organized and reliable person. I like primary and secondary support instol is the work I have done most. I will like to be given opportunity again to work on the mine.

Pros: I worked as HR Clark, I asked to be changed to drill rig/ bolter operator

Wonderful learning curve

It was my first experience in the mining sector and I've come to learn many things about the industry. .. it does not offer much growth to an individual, the corruption in the mining sector is enormous. .. thus mining employees die poor with nothing to show for the years of hard labour.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Long hours and zero promotions
