Great beginning for fresh graduates

Great place and working culture, friendly employees. Begin your day with a great laugh all day, excellent work ethic, fellow colleagues are always willing to help. I have learned a lot of development, CMS systems and remote working on servers. I enjoy the development of new portals, modifications, and brainstorming new ideas. Mostly I loved the work environment where colleagues turn into one big happy family.

Great working environment

-Great work ethics - Became less challenging over time - I enjoyed solving complex client related issues, managing crisis, following proper procedures and policies, checking and managing contracts and Service Level Agreements. - Great personal development plans for employees

Great exposure to various industries. Exposure all elements of the marketing, communications and media. Encouraging of a diverse work environment. Dynamic work environment with continuous change thus allowing continuous growth.

Excellent learning curve

My previouse work was great and came with lot of new challenges and exposed me to great people. A typical work day for me was to be in meetings , engaging with clients and other stakeholders and be busy withy researching other environmental health related impqacts on human health. My relationship with my co-workers was greaqt i didnt have any problem with them at all. I have learnt to work independently anmd as a group and that it is ok to ask for help if one doesnt understand somehting. I enjoyed being around great people and who are full of knowledge and who are keen on developing products which will assist to conserve the environment and also human life. The most challenging aspects of the job was not having all the materials one needs to do their job.

Hard Worker who goes an extra mile to achieve organisations goals

I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and I am good team player. I am flexible in working long/extra hours. I am very independent and do not require supervision in what is expected of me. I ensure that all requested tasks are met with efficiency.

Pros: I am good team player and hard worker. I am not Job description orientated.
Cons: I do not mind working extra/long hour or even over weekends to ensure that the goals/targets of the Organisation are met

Avarage learning curve

I am working as a tachnician where by we do the mainteinance on site across the country. Most of our maintenance require us to sleep away from home for a few days. I always enjoy my work and take pride of what i am doing. Being part of this organization is a good thing because we working as a team, helping each other out to resolve problems. Working extra hours without bonuses or overtime was the biggest challenge for the company.

Pros: No development at the company
Cons: Normal working hours with extra hours sometimes

Good company that enables people to grow.over paid and people had to be told in time.Good remuneration and benefits.Recognising hardworking employees.Normal hours unless if there is over time.
