Looking for growth and more responsibilities

I enjoy working with numbers and doing reconciliations. I also get motivated when customers pay on time as that proves that I am doing my best to help the organisation with it cash management. My colleagues are now more like family as we assist and communicate very well with each other. I possess strong creditors and debtors skills.

Lab analyst

Start the by doing shift handover from colleague. Then I proceed to do my own inspection of my work station and satisfy myself everything is working well and safety compliant

Great company to work for. Learn more about different types of people.

I fulfilled my task of opening and closing as well as overseeing the staff. I completed various administration duties well including answering phone, filling and greeting clients. I also provided strong customer service and resolve customer issues. I had a good relationship with my co-workers. We communicate effectively. I learned a lot about different types of people and cultures.To give respect and undress. Working with people is something that I enjoy. Helping clients and giving information where needed or necessary to assist. Most challenging aspect is when you get a client that has been waiting for a long period of time to get his or her application to be approved. That's where I as an official make sure that all the process of application has taken place.

I do routine work of Cane testing. I have good relationship with co-workers.

I do routine work of testing the amount of sugar in sugar Cane. I supervise a staff of six employees. I have good relationship with my co-workers. In the years that I have worked in the company, I have learned the importance of being loyal to the company as our work also involves payment of farmers. I enjoy the work I am doing because it's something I am passionate about. The challenging aspect of the job is the awkward hours I'm working.

Great for broadening technical skills

I find myself on the training and development side. On a typical day I attend to learners, teaching knowledge and skill. Part of the day is also spent on updating and developing training material. Time is also spent on maintenance and development of training simulators. Typically I TTypically I find myself in the learning the learning and Development

Excellent learning curve

Sasa is a very good company with great managers and supervisors. Colleagues are good people. I have gained a lot of experience since I started in 2011 fresh from varsity. I have made a great progress since I started.

Cons: No growth for me. I have been on the same job since 2011
