Gained more skills and expanded my knowledge in research field.

It's been a great platform for me to grow and expand knowledge in helping the community. Experiencing the laboratory process, HIV testing, DNA extraction ,Laboratory data management system has been the most interesting part for me. How to prepare for the audits and updating SOPs. without team work , wouldn't achieve good results. I enjoyed receiving the specimens from the sites and logged in to the laboratory data management system.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: lunch is 30 minutes
