The days of an Area Manager at Sorbet
Always start my day with some self reflection to mentally prepare for the day as I need to be motivating to franchise partners and staff in stores where morale is low due to pandemic and poor performance. I enjoy encouraging people and projecting that positive energy in store in order for staff to perform exceptonal during the day. Most challenging has been having to switch really negative Franchise partners who want to exit the group, only a small percentage, not all. I enjoyed being in store amongst the guests and staff, really creating an impact by increasing turnover for the store, motivating both Franchisee and staff.

Onward and upward
Enjoyed working the otherside of the beauty industry, but I think it's time to move on and learn some new skills, improve myself and further my learning in new areas.

Beautiful/exciting experience
Dear Madam/Sir I hope all is well. My name is Bantle Daphne Motladile, a 26 Year old young woman based in Linden Johannesburg. I am an open minded young woman and hard working and I am gracefully a happy person in general no matter how hard the outcome of my personal or work life is,I enjoy being around people and this opportunity would mean a lot to me as I am a fast learner and always open to a new start. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts Degree through Unisa and I have studied a course in Aviation as well as a HC in Law.

Learning out of a box
Working g at sobert has got me out of my comfort zone,working with different clients everyday and very important creating a relationship with them to create that loyalty and trust..

Good learning curve
It’s an amazing company to allow you as an individual to interact with other people from different walks of life and allowing you to be part of their personal lives as well. Some days you don’t have really good days but you learn to get on with the job. A lot of training is provided. Fellow staff members build a relationship

Goal driven
We all professionals, we help each other to grow. We learn every single day as we also attend refresh course every year to better our skills. The most challenging is when a guest comes with a picture and expects the sam things but we manage and try we never say no without tryong

Fast pace, fast thinking and time is money
Amazing if you are starting out in tht industry, but not for long term work as there is no growth. Been working for sorbet for 6years and nothing has changed not had it pushed me to be more or do more. In order to upgrade you have to prove yourself to people that you don't work with or on everyday and I think that's extremely unfair. The guests and people that come for treatments should be the judge of that

Team work grows a company
Nice working environment and great interaction with clients. An individual gets to learn more abt customers n total guest experience.. Great colleagues who are helpful and knowledgeable, friendly n team players

New experience. And totally new environment
It was new to me to be in the beauty industry,I've learnt every thing about beauty and skin. I loved mosty interaction with guests serving and seeing them smile was a bonus.

Excellent learning curve
For the past three years I have worked as admin for Sorbet in Hillcrest which has enabled me to develop excellent customer service skills and the ability to manager my colleagues around me. I am now looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further my admin career. Important skills to the position,including: -Time management and strong organisational skills. -High level customer service. -Motivation and dedication.
