I am a hardworking individual who is always willing to learn, willing to relocate as well. I have more that 8 years experience in administration. I enjoy working under pressure as well as working with a team. I believe communication is the best way to prosper in a working environment.

Sometimes stressfull, not always organiesed,

Not everyday is a typical day, only on deadlines. My relationship with co-workers it's very interesting- its like I'm at home. The Fridays tea times with have as a whole in the office, and having your say or any opinions regarding work during tea time with all the managers. The family tokens we have, whereby we get six tokens and being given 3hours off time to spent with your family. The managers always give or hand in tenders at last moment, what is more frustrating is that they get tenders in time, and they delay to give me time to finish it in time e.g. scanning it or photocopying it and to wrap it

Pros: Friday tea times getting free refreshments, time given off for 3hours to spend with your family
Cons: not getting bonus, incentives, 30 minutes lunch time

Poor work culture

Poor management of tasks and people. Employees do not come first and very little is done to ensure that employeees are comfortable and happy. Main focus of the business to never the employeee as management just prefer that the work get done at any cost

Excellent work experience.

Loved my stay there typical work day was filled with interesting challenges, considering it was a design office,. My colleagues where very friendly and the work environment was very productive,. I've learned how to work effectively with a a team and as well individually as well as good good time management to reach targets gives and deadlines. The work environment that was created to encourage productivity and an learning space. Is the most challenging part of the job was the tight deadlines that we had to meet.

not too much pressure its chilled. releationship with coworkers its good, I have learnt something they is room to learn a lot in future, I enjoy managing projects. the most challenging part of the job is dealing with c,ients.
