Learning Curve

Good and well mannered Manager.....good communication among the staff. ....offering free lunch and good Benefits...the challenge is that there is no Basic Salary. ..only Commission Good working environment (atmosphere )...normal working hours (8-4)

Pros: No promotions
Cons: Less working hours
