Excellent opportunity to learn to be in managment

I had a fantastic relationship with all mangers and co-workers. I have learnt a lot being in senior management. I enjoyed the job that I performed on a day to day basis. The most challenging aspect of my job was encountering new problems and addressing them. I always had a busy work day at work, because at management you need to be involved in everything. Excellent learning curve

It is a friendly environment to work in. Worked with people that are friendly and had no problems. Learnt to manage people the right way. Enjoyed the work that I performed on a day to day basis. The most challenging part of my job was producing accurate financial data on time.

Cons: Did not get study leave
