Great working environment, deal with different clients which brings new challenges on a daily basis good support from team members and seniors,  Planning of audit assignments in terms of the nature of work to be performed and extent of work to be done, ensuring that auditing standards are complied with

Excellent learning curv

It was great working in audit firm but audit is not a suitable department for my career. I enjoyed leading audit team and sharing knowledge. I learnt leadership skills, resolving problems and coming with great solutions. Dealing with different characters of clients would be challenging and project management to ensure work is done within budget.

Type quiet quick,understanding,accountable

I am the Audit Senior at my current employer. I supervise junior staff and I am the link between the junior staff and the management. What I have enjoyed working at my current employment is that I was able to work with new people.I am able to take on new challenges and be more proactive. I have learned that every person is different and you need to understand people and how they work and were needed add value.
