Efficient, - self-motivated, - organized, - a good communicator, and- IT literate.

SIPS is a great place to start a career. My work at SIPS is great and teaches an individual team work. Young enthusiastic students are a motivation. Throughout the day If I am not teach I research new and exciting material and help out where there is something to be done.

Pros: The pro's is that I am forced to stay up to date with trends.
Cons: I am not employed permanently.
