Excellent learning curve

Fast paced company for driven individuals, to sink or swim, for those eager to learn there's always new opportunities. A typical day is fast paced. Relationships with co-workers aren't bad, like at any other company, you need to get to know people in order to understand them, personalities are varied as with any other company.

A good training ground for career establishment.

I work with an offshore team with ever-changing working hours. good relationship with team members and understanding. Multi cultural and diverse team. I have learnt a lot about cultures and its dynamics.

Great learning investment

Daily work is production work, assisting the business with issues of the system and testing problems and the do the fix. My relationship with my workers is excellent and I get along with everyone. I have learnt a lot on investment and other things, what I most enjoy is that sometimes I will be given something to test as I enjoy testing.

Team work

Work telepathically and desk visit make sure all logs are updated and resolved.Work as a team to resolve an issue.I have learn to work hard in order to achieve your goals and also the research was important to be for I b case of troubleshooting and communicate with the team.I am enjoying team working as a team and learn more things that comes in that role.The thing that challenge me most was working on exchange server where I have to create mailbox and gave use access to certain mailbox.Again citrix was more challenging And giving user access to the Cisco phone and setup.the voicemail
