I'm a hard worker and I am can work under pressure.good leadership skills.worked both development and stoping as miner and shiftboss.i'm a reliable person who is always at work.

Pros: I have a good relationship with my superior,my colleagues as well as my teams,I have learnt a lot in mining industry on both conventional and trackless mining and I'm willing to learn more.I enjoy doing my job on daily basis,giving coaching to my team and doing daily follow ups.
Cons: I'm willing and I have always worked long hours.

Focus on goals and not people

the company is not people orientated but rather focus on the bottom line. Don't value personal growth Do not have clear direction within departments Do not care about the people at the bottom Promotions are not based on skill on qualification but rather personal opinion

Quick Leaner, Self Motivated & Smart Worker

I work from 08:00AM until 16:30 everyday. I perform IT Audits for the Corporation.These audits could be Applications Controls Reviews, SOX Audits, IT Security Reviews or Follow Up Audits.

Pros: Data Analysts & Easy to work with.
Cons: No Flexibility

Great Company

I am in Internal Audit and want to move into Financial reporting. My job is filled with SOX control testing and operational audits. The staff are great and are easy to get along with. Great package and great bonuses but it is very taxing to drive 160kms everyday.

Pros: Great package
Cons: Far distance to travel to work everyday

Allright place to work, no place to grow

A Platinum mining company in the North West being one of the largest after the latest acquisition of Lonmin. Always challenging market conditions and keeping costs down. Low morale is the order of the day.

Overcoming Challenges

The culture among employees at the company is not and easy one to deal with. You might find yourself facing different challenges each and every day without being able to prepare for these challenges. Therefore each day is make or break and the day will play out according to how you as an individual decide to react with these confrontations. Although these daily varieties of challenges are draining to say the least, it did however make a stronger person and it taught me to fight for myself and speak up when things are not right. it makes you an ethical and honest person and it also humbles you. I am very fortunate and thankful to have had an opportunity to work in such an ever changing and challenging environment.

Cons: Poor opportunity for promotion and no production bonusses to graduates
