Developed HR framework to aligned all new mine into Sibanye Gold working model

Operational management skills: Establishing project at Murray and Roberts Cementation which five sites where successfully established, introducing company policies and procedures in place, stablish relevant forums per collective agreement, to run site for 5 years and ramp-up the project to closure through consultation process to transfer employees to new project successfully. Strong ability to work in a matrix contract mining environment. Murray and Roberts Cementation were formed after 3 companies’ merge, which expose my ability to introduce a new cultural at workplace that is diversity.

Pros: open role to lead the operation
Cons: less opportunities for promotion

Excellent Job I do

I work as an Operative electrician my duties are: connecting D.O.L, sequance starter, Cable joints, Substation maintanance , Connecting lights fault finding on electrical appliances.

Pros: I'm in good opportunity to be appointed
Cons: I can work long hours and overtime if job is too much
