Excellent experience

It’s a great opportunity to work at shoprite warehouse because one learn and gain working experience. Management treat works with respect . Even thou we work long hours but we get enough time to recover strength because we work four days in four days off. Also get opportunities to work with different people from different culture and backgrounds.

I supervise all new drivers without favour

Working for Shoprite Warehouse in Brakenfell. Started working there in 2017. What I don’t like there I work long hours and get paid a small amount of money even though I work very hard. Sometimes I don’t even sleep in my house due to work but still that doesn’t make any difference when it comes to my salary.

Pros: Well paying position
Cons: Long working hours

I learned alot

My co workers was fine I learned everything about warehouse and how to deal with workers the only problem I had was the wages and I was working under agency for 9 years I never became permanent all u receive for your hard work is a pat on the back saying you did good

Pros: No promotion for 9years

I am a fast learner i like to work as a team leader

I like to work at shoprite but i would like to know better outside i enjoy my work and i like it i have learned how to treat people from outside and inside and i like to do jokes with my boss

Working hard

Working at shoprite warehouse was the best for me and i was enjoying the most and I'm that kind of person who respect his work also hard worker, i was able to communicate with other employee

So-so learning curve

Learnt how to shoot receiving stock using scanner Learnt how to verify the received stock Knowledge of SAP through SSR and posting Also learnt some customer service by assisting the suppliers from the window and invoice checking and data capturing

Pros: So-so promotion opportunities
Cons: Long off days and working hours
