Greate experience

Working at shoe city is so amazing and I have learned alot I've gained experience and get to understand how to deal with customers on a daily bases , my colleagues were so supportive and helping. I now have knowledge in how to do admin ,cashier and customer services. Yes sometimes the are challenges we facing but what I have learned is the customer is always right in fact you have to know how to deal with an angry customer in order to build a good picture of the company.

Excelent and good team player

I am good leader in a way that i found store with 110000 stock loss which was 1.9% now its 0.26 The store was revamped all was left on my hand and it was successfull. I was trusted while i have 1 year months to train 2 store managers and 1 assistant manager. It was a bery great honor. I leave by my core value Respect ..intergrity ...team work and passion.

Pros: Good for adding my work experience
Cons: Less staff big target
