A good site to visit

working at Serr synergy it's amazing and a good environment. my relationship with my coworkers it's a healthy relationship I have learned to be in control and when you have problems you need to come up with solutions and solve the problem I mostly enjoy solving problems in the learnership division sometime it's hard to control students to be at class and their stipend not been paid on time

Ability to work independently

Niche Market. Specialized skills. Ability and freedom to work independently. Flexible working hours. Good relationships with co-workers, although with the work from home policy exposure is limited. Working with clients on a grudge purchase product is challenging. Legislative changes are challenging.

Pros: Good bonus/commission structure
Cons: Working with clients on a product that is a "grudge" purchase.
