Lack of Employee Support

For the rest of my working life, this has been the worst working experience I have ever experienced in my life. There is no supprt for workers and we are left to fend for ourselves against disgruntled clients. The company is also contravining with many if not few of the Labour Law Act, Labour Relations Act and Basic Condition of Employment. It is drag to go to work.

Pros: I have learnt nothing

Lifetime experience

As issuing clerk monday always turn to be a busy day for me,this is because mine employees come to the store to collect ppe they will use for the whole week.I have learnt how to communicate with people at the shortest space of time while performing a customer care.The communication with my fellow co-workers was great as we make sure we do hand over to ensure the smooth running of the store.The most challenging aspects of the job is when you order the stock from DC and they dont supply with the sock you have ordered,while that stock is in demand.

Pros: being the best employee
Cons: shortage of transport to work

Experience

i like to meet the dead line, I work well with people with a good customer service. I have gained a lot of experience. i enjoy helping people The most challenging experience is when workers need something that I do not have while I did place an order but I didn't receive the stock

EXPERIMENTAL

I feel like this is a learnership because the people that work same as me get paid double my salary and that really breaks me up I need a company where we treated the same and not be bias and the other data capturers don't even have qualification

I am a very self motivated individual who enjoys doing her job. I enjoy learning new things and learning from others.
