-Having time to solve a particular issue not being under pressure -Have a good relationship with co-workers and always working as a team -Learning working with tough end users -Enjoy learning new things -Is trying to work on the problem and cant be able to resolve the issue

My Experience

I like the interaction that I have with the students and stuff members of Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. The most thing that I enjoy in my everyday work is helping people. My relationship with my co-workers is good we a very good communication. The most challenging aspects of my job is working with long queue for student login password and student email activation. A typical work day could when there is a computerized exam and network is limited in all the computer labs. Up to so far I have learn time management skills, multi tasking and working under pressure

The company does not offer incentives. It does not allow growth and development. It also does not have performance appraisals. The corporate culture is selective and discriminative.

A great stepping stone in the Health Sector

Working at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University has really helped me to adapt to general health-related conditions that we encounter on a daily basis. Interacting and engaging with people on a one on one basis, while being able to understand where they come from (struggles and daily challenges).

Challenging and excellent

For the past five years to round it off, I have been working in an Academic Administration posts as a Principal Administrator in the Deans Office of Health Care Sciences, where my duties responsibilities work closely with stakeholders to achieve the vision and mission of the University and School. I have established strong cross functional relationships with six different Departments within the School, in order to understand students and staff in making relevant business decision.
