A good firm to work for
A great opportunity to work and practice Conveyancing in a corporate environment. The highlight was working independently for over 16 years for the firm, in association with a great boss I had worked for previously. We were both at senior level and had worked together for almost 31 years. The accounts department and IT department were excellent support teams which enabled us to achieve high volumes required for property developments. Continual IT upgrades and training by IT was outstanding. 5 years as a Pension Fund staff member elect was an amazing experience where I learnt a lot and interacted with many members of the Pension Fund.
Pros: Allowed to work independently while reporting to a great boss who admired me for my capabilities and tenacity.
Cons: No cons that I can think of.

Gave me a lot of insight into a different industry enjoyed the experience
Cold calling establishing customer base is a ongoing process. Dealing with customers on a daily basis. Helping new sales people structuring new deals on vehicles.
Pros: The thrill of closing a sale
