Very hard to work for a company that doesn't appreciate you or the hours you put in

A day at Sedtrade is like a roller-coaster, yo never know what to expect. You constantly get intimidated by senior employees. My co-workers are very nice people and we get along just fine. I have learnt a lot from my fellow workers, not so much from anyone else. It is difficult to enjou a day at sedtrade because you constantly get victimized.

Pros: Its better than no job
Cons: Very long working hours and a lot of responsibility for minimum wage

Good experience

I'm an enthusiastic and diligent individual who works under pressure and adverse condition, good at meeting deadlines, who can work individually or as a team at times.

Excellent learning curve

The company does not work properly via treating employees well working long hours for few cents.The way is to learn since I don't have any experience..But I'm looking forward to learn more from this company..

Good leaning curve.

Usuall starts with a busy day having to inspect all machine scheduling those due for service and repairs.. I do enjoy working with a variety of machines was it improves my experince

Dynamic, Challenging environment.

Extremely busy, Workshop and field work. Travel up to 1000km in a day. long and unpredictable hours due to breakdowns and production backlog. I have learnt that pressure comes in many different forms and to think pro actively. A family like environment amongst coworkers on my level and lower.

Exllercent learning opportunity

I work from Monday to Friday from 8:30am till 17:30hrs and on the first and last Saturday of each month.i have a good relationship with my co-employees.It is more like we are family.i have learnt a lot from my work and how to handle situations.I enjoy unique challenges that comes with my job, which reduces monotony.

Pros: no opportunity for growth currently
Cons: long working hours
