Good leadership skills achieving consistent success

A typical working day comprise engaging staff related to stakeholder meeting requirements, providing needs based business advisory support to clients through mentorship. ensuring all branches are functioning with the relevant resources(such as ICT, Marketing and training materials) available. the other element is to ensure any request or requirement from our stakeholders National etc is provider in the form of consolidated performance statistics and/or Adhoc reports from daily or weekly analysis. engaging finance on procurement related activities and budget updates where needed.

Excellent learning curve and growth

Working with different companies in different sectors is a bit of a challenge because you need to know enough to be able to assist and consult businesses that need seda assistance. I enjoy conducting assessment and coming up with workable solutions or interventions to turn around businesses in distress. Working with SMME you learn every day as information evolves in this space

Excellent

Bursary for employees. Branches in all provinces. Employee benefits not fairly dedicated. Expensive medical aid plan and compulsory, sometimes you cannot even afford them but obliged to take one.

Multi tasking and self learn

Ii have 4 consultants working close with me. every project initiated comes to me for verification. I oversee procurement processes and payment of suppliers. I my colleagues have different personalities. atleast one is very dedicated and disciplined with their work and makes it easy for me to also do my work and reach my due dates. tere is one particulars
