Cage job has long working hours as well as challenging customers. The sale stuff are often competing for sales. The job is very knowledgeable and you experience the variety of issues clients have.

Good employees . Environment isn't so great

It is a growing company . They should know buying a hyundai i20 expecting it to perform as a 325i Bmw is not wise. Treat yours staff as though you would want to be treated ... fairly and just . Don't expose. Resolve teach persevere . I pray they learn lessons on how staggering should be treated and paid their worth .
