Good experience and knowledge archeved

The current position that I'm holding up at the moment as a Store controller ,is to prevent a lot of crime and shrinkages happening in the retail industry. The courier that I took to be in this industry is to bring my experience from previous companys into this field and also gain knowledge and new experience.I am doing my best to prevent crime and shrinkages happening to my out most best and I hope to do so to other companies.

Team work

I worked at Ast Africa.first we check the volume of alarms and if the volume is high,we acknowledge the alarms to bring them to down.I am a team player. I have learnt that each minute is crucial in control room as anything can happen at any time. I also learnt that listening is a skill. I enjoyed doing operations. The most challenging aspect of it was when there were no enough light during the night and become difficult to monitor.

Pros: The company was not big.
Cons: Sometimes they will ask to work overtime.
