EXCELLENT COMMUNICATING SKILL

I work with admin , daily do the cash ups ,handling the finance, working with customers daily and knowing how to handle tough customers and upset customers. My relationship with thee employees are excellent as I am a very open and bubbly person. I am very professional at my workplace . I have an excellent computer skill and know mostly everything on the computer that is to know. I enjoy working with people day to day.

WORK DAY

Day starts at 06H30, do mark as arrived till about 09H00. then go through my mails and answer. I do service advisor for Sasol and all hino trucks. I do the recon on the warranty account and Sasol accounts. I do quotations for clients, I do the warranty claims. also do the invoicing for my clients. I have learnt a lot as I have done parts as well as service department

Pros: i get to learn alot and teach myself
Cons: long working hours and too little benefits
