Good learning opportunity and at times challenging
Very hectic place to work at with hectic hours but with the right attitude work definitely gets done. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, and we are able to reach our goal at the end of the day. I have learnt being a team leader you need to be fair and firm at all times. I enjoy communicating with the patients and mostly helping them. The most challenging part of it is running after the Doctors and reminding them their job, what to do and what not to do in order to help the patient. But I learn every day and I appreciate that.

Good learning curve
It's a bit of a challenge coming to work with hurt patients and sick patients but if you like what you are doing you won't even notice. I also like working as a term so that we can share different experiences and ideas about how to start and end the day am a first learner and self discipline person who loves what's she does.

Excellent learning curve
Being part of Sebokeng hospital is a great opportunity, we generalize on HR work. I have better knowledge about appointment of new employee, termination, capturing of leaves and of claims, in fact the list goes on. At some point i had to do my supervisor's work while he was on leave, of which i did an exceptional job. I have good communication skills. I handle client enquiry well and i am better able to solve their problems regarding HR matter.

Excellent learning curve
It is challenging at times but it teaches a lot in terms of skills and development. I appreciate all the staff that taught me things i didn't know, I can now say that i am fully competent in a lot of skills needed for my profession.

Excellent learning curves
i work during the day and i have a good relationship with my co-workers.I have learnt that working together bring change as you learn from others.What i enjoy most is that i do the job that i love so am enjoying it.The most challenging aspects of my job is when we lose some of my patients by death and patients that relapse from their treatments
