Work experience

My work week includes excessive travelling. Handholdng client staff and providing training on system functionality and assisting in resolving issues. Providing progress update to municipal management on a monthly basis. Compiling the monthly billing sheets which are then used to generate the invoices for the client. Provide assistance to colleagues. I've learned how to think on my feet and be proactive in resolving issues within my control (issues that do not require intervention from web developers).

I travel alot to client premises. My relationship with coworkers is good. I take the lead on solving problems I also provide client training on the ERP system I've learnt how to manage the ERP system The most chaThem

Learnt a lot from Managers

With regards to being a junior clerk I learned a lot from the Data Verification Manager whom i was assigned to. She was very helpful in inform me as to how my work had to be. With challenges that I had i could always refer to her and she was keen on helping i learnt a lot. I learnt my Admin work while I was an intern

Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for, I've been working for the company for the past 6yrs, I've grown from the date that ive started to date. Happy to have added value and impact on the both the company and resources.
