I have more than 18 years Change Management experience in both Private and Public Sector environment. I have managed teams of more than sixteen resources. I have also managed large scale projects which were transformation by nature.

Excellent learning curve

In 9 years that have worked at standard bank. I have learned a lot from the company and the people that have worked with. I have learned different cultures and how people lived. Customer service and how to treat one another as a team/people that I worked with. It like home I mean 90% of my life I was at work. I enjoyed team work and team building a lot. The most challenging of the job was fraud that was happening in our merchants every day and we have to prevent it or detect it and stop it before it continues.

Pros: Good company for growth
Cons: Normal working hours, working every second Saturdays
