I have learn to respect any persons view even if I don't agree with them.
It was hectic everyday, new challenges everyday and was the only can handle them, if am not around clients or queries will be on hold until I came back or to be called telepathically. My relationship with co workers was very good but couldn't assist me with my Key Perfomance Areas due to the challenges associated with rather take a massage. I have learned that challenges don't kill and learn new things on the process everyday. I enjoyed much pressure and stressing queries and that was making me to be a creative thinker however I always met dead lines. The most challenging aspect on the Job apart from recruitments and selection sue to the interest from other collegues was when it comes to death claims for blacks since they will always a conflict on the claiming process and i always mediate to allow smooth claiming process.
Pros: There were great opporunities for promotions but it depends with the relationship of your supervisor or how good you are to worship your boss.
Cons: I would worked more than my normal working hours of 8 per day since during those outs clients and co workers will come in and out but after those hours is then you can do Admin thoroughly without any interruption.

Good communication with co-workers,do maintenance, respect management,working hard and make sure that target are met everyday, checking machine checklist.

Excellent learning curve
interact with internal and external stakeholders. I have learnt to facilitate during training of management and employees about Labour Relations related matters. I find it challenging when i have ensure that line management comply with time frames

Great learning experience
Being involved within the tourism department has help me grow as a person.The interaction with all the different types of cultures you come across makes you appreciate the different diversities.The working environment has helped a lot with my communication aspects

A typical 8 hour day at work can be scary and challenging but SANParks has made it a comfortable environment to be in and enjoy your day here (since we spend most of our day at work). Getting through over 70 emails and more than 60 calls a day seems impossible but if you are determined and up for the challenge then Impossible is nothing!

Teamwork and observations is very important
A typical work day would be in the mountain patrolling for any suspicious activity..also helping people with questions and guiding them in the mountain...my relationship with co workers is just to be a team player...I've learnt that it is important to help people so that they can help others...I enjoy sleeping on the mountain as it gives me a breakaway from my average back home...the most challenging part is that I always have to be prepared for the worst but I learnt to enjoy it...

I enjoyed working. In supply chain its challenging, u need to be self decipline that field ,team work Prepare orders,assists end users with back orders,expediting, create supply on database,receive invoices for payment, check errors on invoices
