Great Growth but stagnant opportunities once you have reached the peak

It's a good start up company however due to lack of understanding and reasoning from General Management one is often placed in a negative working mindset. With no bonus or financial stability.

Pros: Great exposure to individuals of different thoughts,culture and religion
Cons: Bad Senior Management and lack of motivation and appreciation

Good learning curve

I am currently working at Sani Fleet as a driver collecting and delivering vehicles to Sani Fleet clients, and taking cars for services. I was working at DB Schenker as a team leader at Air import. Doing route planing and framing Rib.

Pros: We are about to loose our biggest client
Cons: Normal working hours

You better come prepared.

elleWell when it comes to the company itself the environment is good but it would've much easier if the employer would give each an avery oneeveryone the chance to excel on the task given . Unfortunately he prefer to do everything by himself.

Pros: Meet New interesting people everyday
Cons: Always at work little rest even on weekends
