To whom it may concern, I m working in WPP Media Company GroupM, Learning and Development Manager. My husband is South African and we are moving Cape Town. But my reason is not just that one. I can see there is a some apportion for me to improve my self. I can apply easily permanent visa. I dont think so take to much time for visa. I hope I'll have a change for interview. Technical Engineering, customer relations, business management

I do a 9am to 4pm shift from Monday to Friday. I'm a level 3 technician who deals with assessment, updates,down grades, software, physical repair of any Samsung smartphone. I relate well with staff and management and I have learnt to be the best technician in my company, how to keep clients, correct and help clients. I really love repairing a phone in front of a customer taking them step by step on what I'm doing to get their devices working 100% again. It's rather challenging to keep clients happy because most are not open to honesty and want things done their way not the company'said way.

Pros: Good foundation for technical Engineering and working hours
Cons: Work becomes redundant

Excellent learning curve

Great company with a lot of pressure. The staff is solod, a lot of team work is required. The job required discipline and drive. Its a competitive environment. There is a lot of support from management and open communication as well which was excellent.

System wise (SAP, GLP, CELLO). Computer Skills

We work extra hours but we not considering as overtime due for payment. Start at 8am and leave some times around 18h00. Last 2 weeks of the month I give all my best. Work until 9pm even worse than that. The point is to make sure the company meet their month target. I work also over weekend for closing orders delivered for weekly sales bias. Tuesday and Sunday I go for soccer with my co-workers playing against other companies. Reporting on last week of the month is very critical. I have to send out the report to management hourly based on daily deliveries status from LSP. So I have to make sure that I get my LSPs on point and give accurate information.

Pros: Yes there is great opportunity for that.
Cons: Yes work long hours even Saturday and sometimes also Sunday

Great experience when it comes to customer service and communication purposes

Great day to day activities when assisting customers and providing the best support to resolve an issue a customer might be having. Great relationship with co workers too as there is amazing support towards one another should anyone need it. I have learnt patience and most importantly the realisticness of working under pressure was tested indeed and i handled it very well. I enjoyed the tem work the most , and the most challenging aspect was having difficult customers who did not want to understand processes or anything and you would find that in most cases it would be beyond what i can say or do just because i am following correct procedures

Good learning curve

I have grown in the company and i am more comfortable with myself. Great experience, great training sessions that have also boosted my confidence. The managers are good to work with, they are helpful and they are always there to make sure that we are okay and that work is done appropriately.

Cons: Always on my feet throughout

Excellent learning curve, and a very well structured business

As a product consultant with Samsung I am taught to work hard in field and always upsell but also keep our clients happy. A major role which is relationship building come into play with store managers and store that you oversee.
