Excellent learning curve

Salt Employee Benefits is a very small company with a few staff members. I have been working the since February 2017 after working at my previous company for over 6 years. The benefits provided are very limited and that is the only negative thing about the,company. Yes I am unimpressed by decisions made for us on changes daily.

Pros: Great company to be recognized for your work
Cons: No Benefits and bonuses

I almy relationship with co+works is always good relationship because I believe in being humble I have learnt to always have respect for myself as well as my co-workers and my job aswell very import to also respect the client and their views what I enjoy most is to keep busy and and enjoy what I do does matter what life throws at you you must not change who you are that's what's how you will enjoy what you do.the Mo's challenging aspects of my job is solving any difficult problems I encounter that to me is a challenge Al by it self have a good day at work

Excellent learning curve

Pplanning my work day. Priotipof the urgent documents or work that needs to be done urgently. Team player because if we work together we can deliver in time the best quality work.be able to multi task and handle pressure. Doing and delivering the best quality work.not being appreciated and someone else taking your work credits

I have learned a lot, and went for training

Salt Employee benefits is good company to work for and it is nice environment and I have good relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy doing my job.

Excellent working experience

It's good Company and pleasant environment, there are challenges at times like any other Company especially when it comes to Salary and Bonuses I feel it's not key related it should be considered and there's no medical aid provision but it's compulsory to have it while we can't afford it due to minimum income. Otherwise team work and great team is excellent

Good experience in customer service

Good learning experience. Ability to learn and great exposure in mentoring and supervision . High pressure environment and great company culture. Days planning is highly essential to avoid missing dead lines. The most challenging experience is dealing with difficult employees. I really learnt a lot in terms of team work and supervision and mentoring.

Great learning curve

- All employees willing to help you learn. - Good working environment. - I enjoy working with other people and learning new things on a daily basis. - I have a good working relationship with co-workers. (We work well as a team) - I always make my daily target above and beyond.

Excellent

The company has more than 200 employees. Have learned a lot in the past 2 yrs at senior management level . Have gained experience in work planning , strategy and management. Currently acting head of contributions and data administration

Excellent learning curve

It was a great learni game curve and experience, in the employee benefits field. I was a call centre team leader managed 15 call centre agents and promoted to Exits team leader where I managed 5 administrators. I compile subcommittee reporting, quality assurance on all claims processed, releases claims to be paid, manage day to day reports tracking claim movements.

Pros: Everything changes a day, great challenge

A good place to work for, with limited growth as the company is relatively small

It is a great company to work with limited growth, company is relatively small no medical aid. It has a flexible working hours and the people are friendly.
