Great exposure, encouraged to further my studies, inspirational in all aspects

There's not much flexibility in the office though the exposure to networking is amazing. The company stives to promote innovation in Munich ipalties which focuses the organization itself to become creative in their thinking, however at times workers are not for the idea of change which makes it a lot less exciting to work with them effectively and efficiently

Pros: They made available licenses for short course to employees
Cons: We do the same work over and over again

A period of career development and growth, however, its time to move towards a new career path

normal working hours of 8-16h30. typicalworking day involves meetings, telecons, email, research, reports, responding to customer inquiries office environment is very close nit , open and friendly. Ive learnt to be diverse and to not fear new horizons, to acquire knowledge , remain consistent, learn new concepts and be innovative the job has been very broad thus rendering me to focus on different secotrs all at once. which has limited my chance to grow and specialise in one sector. however, that also has allowed me to adapt and be open to exploring areas which I would have never thought of before

A great Organisation to learn in as a start to your career. Opportunities are not readily available to grow, however you can make your own opportunities.

Working at SALGA has given me great exposure concerning work environments

Having an opportunity to Work at SALGA as an intern as well as SAPS as a volunteer has given me great exposure to the working environment and has given me an opportunity to improve my integration and communications skills aswell as giving me an oppotunity to learn how to work and cope with different people from different backgrounds, however i now desire an opprtunity to grow in my career field and be exposed to more challenges and greater work tasks above the Intern position.

Broad exposure

Ability to work independently & expand on time management skills Remote working therefore able to manage own performance Slowed response time & reporting due to remote working (poor self discipline on the part of risk reporting from process owners)
