Hard worker, easily adapt with the changes, fast learner, punctuality and a lot of integrity.

I am a team leader, i do like to work with my team. I don't just lead but I also participate in team work. I always look something new about my job and willing to learn more from senior employees. Sometimes its challenging because you look for something from the co-operatives members and you don't get it and you become frustrated, but the bottom lime you have to be patient and gently to your clients. I have developed and gained self confidence, leadership skills, communication skills etc.

Pros: There are chances of getting my contract extended although it depends on the running of the project.
Cons: I do work extra miles not expecting any rewards.
