good relation with co-workers, 4. When the work planed worked is complete and time, that give me joy and the customer is satisfied with work. Most challenges is addressing the IRQ'S and lack if instrumentation in the laboratory

Current Experiences

Changing the culture at my current job is most challenging. I have come to understand the Strategic alignment and Business Objectives are not always congruent. I flourish when posed with challenging environments where I can exercise the knowledge I have gained.

I am currently employed as an HC Coordinator to oversee the overall human resources administration functions. I am passionate about working in environment where my ideas are valued. I have learn and enjoyed working in human resources department especially Human Resource Information System and recruitment and selection. I am willing to learn new things and to face new challenges. SABS is an organization that gives employees opportunity to learn and diverse. I enjoy working with people from different cultures.

Excellent for learning and preparing for outside challeges

- The organisation its self is based on team work and creativity - Because of team work its easy to get along with one other - I've learned quality is not compromised, its very profound and not to be canal minded - Testing material is a very nice experience - Challenging part are mostly when it comes to test new products

Good brain exercise

My work is very challenging as it requires intense calculations and thinking. I love the challenge as I'm not restricted. Principles behind my work are the same everyday, except for the calculations before starting the actual work. My colleagues and I have a good working relationship and everyone gets along fine. I do not learn anything new as the working principle is the same everyday.

No financial growth with great work load

the day is always busy but with a fair working hours Colleagues are great people to work with and are open to help one another I have had an opportunity to coach and mentor fellow colleagues and was a great experience Lot of people are resigning and are not replaced. The workload will then be shared among the available staff without any addition of recognition.
