Excellent learning curve

It's a challenging working place , it has many careers and lots of departments, it's always busy no time to rest since its a development business, I have gained a lot of experience in warehousing and distribution ,I have also learned more about events and how we get customers to buy from us I have gained a lot of experience in stock and sap as well, my co workers where very helpful to me they want u to know everything in each of all ages departments,I enjoyed helping out the clerk in the stock office ,the most challenging obstacle that I came across was helping out the stock inventory but I managed

Great learning experience on sales sn marketing

We work as a team to archive monthly targets assist our customer base in monthly growth and achieving there set targets to insure stability an long term trading standards

Good company but I believe employees are not well appreciated

Good company to work for with a great deal of exposure. It seems promotions and recognition is for a selected few, based mainly on colour/race. Salary is a big shame compared to the work done and comparing to other companies in the same industry-people on similar position or level

Excellent learning curve in this industry.

I'm a suitable candidate for this position. I have great leadership and coaching skills. My current role requires me to grow my sales team Volume sale, ensure that customers adhere to price compliance, implement promotions to assist our retailers to grow their businesses, ensure that we activate in their outlets to create excitement and bring more consumers to their outlets. All of this is achieved through good coaching and excellent leadership. In the last fiscal year of my current role I was able to take my sales team from a decline of -10% YTD to a 0.4% growth YTD in just 10 months. I believe that I meet the requirements for this position and would like an opportunity for an interview.

Well instabilition company

Well instabilition company, good line of managers who are truly corned about their employs, well trained facilities its a week training, good working environment, good relationship skills. The learning is well positioned to equip you with negations skill, good customer relationship to create a win-win relationship. What i have enjoyed the relationship I had with my co-workers.

Grouth is key

Is the culture that they have to grow in everything that you to working in a environment whereby you have to multitasking and work in a team and excelling in everything that you do.

Great learning curve

I enjoy my work as much as i am a very hard worker and believe in myself. My relationship with co- workers is excellent as i love helping other people as much as i believe that when we work together we achieve a lot.

Internship

I have learnt to work under pressure and to do my work very well. I also learnt to work safely.I had a good relationship with my team members we worked so well together. I enjoyed doing adhocs maintenance schedules than inspection schedules, I enjoyed replacing worn bearings on a conveyor and taking measurements of the conveyor belt using measuring tools, tape measure and a vernier calliper. My most challenging jobs was mechanical welding.

Learning curve and great opportunity to meet new peaple from different sides of life

very hectic hit the ground running type of work, a lot of customers and a very stressful enviroment. Target driven and working long hours including weekends and holidays. great people who works with me. Extensive travelling on a daily basis.
