Poor management. lack of growth for the employees. Company has excellent training program for the employees to equip them to do their Job. no other traing is offer to further advance employees

Medium learning curve

I Have learned a lot at SAAB GRINTEK and I can say my co-workers and I have a good relationship. I enjoyed working as a team mostly it gave me courage and understanding of what is expected of me. The most challenging aspect of my job is working with very difficult suppliers but as difficult as they become I managed to smooth them out and get positive results.

Pros: No promotion and no growth
Cons: Flexible working hours and no bonus

Medium learning curve

its a good opportunity to work at SAAB GRINTEK I have learned a lot gained a lot of experience. The relationship between me and my co-workers is extremely above board, I might say team work taught me lot of things. The most challenging aspects is working with suppliers that does not deliver but in any case there is always an option .
