I am a team player and can work without supervision,I like challenges and I am an easily learner, I can adapt easily to any change . I have a good relationship with my co workers and most of the time I have the chance to act as a supervisor on many occasion. I was also supervising care givers in my area and submitting their time sheets and reports on the monthly basis

Pros: there is great opportunity for learning because I work in the hospital and counsel DR tb patients during their visits on clinic days
Cons: it is challenging because sometimes I had to do quality assurance and that's involve doing fielfwork and visiting patients in their homes in a sunny weather
