Learning but enough support to achieve goals - Your relationship with co-workers Good, was a co-manager of a diverse team that brought challenges but it was a rewarding mutual beneficial relationship. - What you have learnt In 6 years i went from a Branch admin manager to a senior admin manager directly reporting to the divisional director. - What you enjoy most My work, i loved my daily challenges and sorting and assisting anyone in the company - The most challenging aspects of the job Co-managing with the divisional director

Pros: Established company next year a 100 years old, great learning opportunities
Cons: Tremendous high pressure and fast paced, this could at time consume your life

Very demanding and pressured position

preIn my current role as a Finance Administrator at SA Metal Group, I managed accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the finance team to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes, resulting in more accurate projections and informed decision-making.ssured

I have learnt to interact with customers more ( customer relations )

i start the day with ensuring all the drivers are present for duty, check the trucks for any defaults (vehicle inspection) had them they daily duties (trip sheet) and making sure they leave the yard on time. Then i reconcile yesterday deliveries check and capture POD's, track the vehicles as they make their collections and delivers, communicate with customers if any changes happens. I am currently working with a good time in the logistics department we get along well.

Pros: 07:00 to 16:30 short hours
Cons: salary not up to standard

Excellent learning curve

You learn to humble yourself at all times... I love working there because I Interacted with people a lot n do that was what I enjoyed most... Working hours were also convinient

Not bad

Not a new environment to work in, good and safe environment to work in.I have learnt a lot in shipping and insurance for dispatching trucks and containers.

Pros: Get to learn new things from different departments
Cons: unscheduled overtimes
