Excellent learning curve

The company service difficult clients who offers an opportunity to learn how to control your patience. Conflict management skill is required everyday. Research is an everyday or day to day requirement and that enhance my IR skill or keeps me abreast with the labour laws or current trends.

Career mobility

My experience has improved since joining the company. I now know how to do research and citation of case laws. I am able to deal with conflict and difficult clients. crossing from the employer representative to employee representative was a good career move. My experience has improved greatly.

The job further involves ability to identify and resolve conflicts and ability to deal with difficult clients. the environment is conducive. My role changed from employer to employee representative which is still not difficult to be swopped again.
