Learning environment

My previous work was based in home loans company I worked in contact centre department and office admin. The relationship with coworkers its extremely good as we work in teams to solve all problems that can come across. What I have learned is that when working in teams you over come all problems and managing time.The culture of the company is the most I enjoy every one its welcoming and nice no need to be overwhelm around the work place. The most challenges we farce its when clients are not qualifying to the bond or no longer having ability to pay their bond because of low affordability.

Excellent company to work for

Its a vibrant energetic organisation that is centred on investing in there staff. I have had the opportunity to grow personally, professionally and have had hands on experience in the property finance sector. We are home loan specialists and the company has designed its self around that medium. Customer service is the heart of the organization and we compete in an aggressive property finance industry.

Pros: Excellent working experience and training
Cons: There is limited room to grow once you reach management

Challenging everyday

Amazing service given to every single client. Sa Home loans is the best home loans provider that I know. They give better interest rate and better solutions to Home loans.

Hard working , easy to get along with .

typical day at work is filled with warm with laughter making working hard not noticeable even at the busiest days with phones ringing not stop and being glued to the pc all the with high coffee intake ,.

Pros: work enviroment is warm and friendly

Excellent learning

Been working with Sa home loans from November 2011started as Receptionist. was promoted to Sales support administrator November 2014 . I am 5 years with the company Due to my hardworking i have received 4 recognition certificate feom client and estate agents . cv will be available on your request.

Self motivator

on a day to day basis my day if filled with new challenges both from my work pile and clients ., which taught me the most important lesson ...if you don't enjoy it do not do it otherwise you will never be happy because any good work done has required some good sacrifices and a lot of patience

Excelent learning curve

SA home loans is a very well known brand, it is known for their everlasting love and dedication to their client when it comes to customer service by changing lives of the people who they engage with. as employee you get to discover the true meaning of changing lives by either providing the feeling or receiving it from your colleagues. the culture of SA Home loans is impeccable and comforting. the most challenging aspect of the job is not being able to assist the client especially if they don't qualify, the company try alternatives to make all they clients happy before bearing the bad news. I have learnt so much about working with people to achieve the end goals of the company

Working at SA Home Loans

Its wonderful working here, I love my job. I am challenged to do new things and learn on a daily basis. My company stands for amazing service, which is our culture and we go the extra mile to ensue that there is satisfaction by clients and staff alike. The leadership style is great and people are treated fairly.

Excellent development

Professional and hardworking environment. Departments work together to achieve goals and complete queries. Friendly, fun environment. I have learnt alot and was fortunate to grow within the company. Management enables staff to develop within their careers.
