Excellent learning curve
Have an opportunity to work on different Fence barriers as well as to learn install trackless sliding gates. The company has all the required equipment needed for mass installations and specific installations.
Pros: No promotion opprtunities
Cons: normal time and overtime when required

Learning the construction world was a good learning opertunity
I am a very well self oriented person. I am a fast learner always to the point. Attention to detail has become a moto in my life. Working at SA Fence and Gate has tought me alot of what behavior you should have in corporate as well in construction industries, speak with confidence. Never have i doubt my self in the ability to sucseed in what i have learned and what was expected of me

Im just experienced candidate i learned my positions at my previous employment
I am a hurt worker, a fast leaner, a good computer literate and being able to work on system such MCS and BUILD SMART. My work was to moniter the stock from recieving, packing, picking and dispatching through the system and i am also good in stock taking I m being able to work long hours a day and night shift as well. Pros: I have been promoted to fleet suprvisor
Cons: Working with this company my aim is to maintain more production such as packing and picking capturing the products
