Excellent worki g environment

Great company to work forGreat company tk work for. I habe jad the best 12 years of my life there and build countless friendships along the way. We are a family at DA Express Airways and even with the current state of affairs at government level, we are a very strong company.

Excellent communication, goal oriented, work well in a team, good with numbers and focused

Working for an Aviation company comes with a lot of challenges, I am grateful for the challenges because they make one grow. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, work very well in a team.i interact a lot with my suppliers , always following with queries with user department. I enjoy solving quires and new challenges excites me.

Acquired all necessary skils

I am in a organization that is very demanding and is definitely time driven. Each day in aviation is different due to the unpredictable nature of our business. This obviously allowed me enough experience in time keeping and maintaining deadlines. Working as a team is vital in our organization as it involves different departments to ensure a smooth transition in the company maintaining the required OTP (on time performance). I work with passengers at different levels hence I'm very flexible and adjust to any situation almost instantly. I therefore believe I would be of value to your organization.

Learning hub

The Aviation industry is very robust and great place to learn numerous legislations since it is accountable to 70, however being an SOC it faces a lot of financial and governance challenges resulting in understaffing and lack of resources for one to fully perform their mandate . The culture is of helpfulness and of a team , I love the people .

Cons: Understaffed and no money for resources
